In working with anxiety, I use techniques such as mindfulness, grounding, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you with such issues as constant worrying or panicking, social anxiety, or specific fears. I can help you cope better with your anxious thoughts and feelings, so you can feel more at peace in getting more out of life.

As a Certified Parent Facilitator, I can help caregivers of all kinds who experience difficulties managing their children, feel distant or don't know how to talk to them, or are simply worried for their well-being.
